"The stay at this hotel was up and down. Towards the end it was better my son and I got a king sized bed had access to a laundry machine. But, the first room we were shown smelled like weed, the second one was dirty until we finally had to get this. The breakfast options were good but wished they had more hot breakfast. Also the staff one had an attitude and messed up our checkout time and now my son and I are waiting hours before our flight at the airport. Also one of the days we were woken up by a fire alarm that was not really a fire had to evacuate at 6am. No explanation after . This hotel needs better management and they charge for everything, to check in and out early an extra $40, to use the washer and dryer, to buy snacks. Something should be accessible."

"I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and to no avail I did not receive a call back before I arrived. I arrived and was given a 2 bed guest room as promised with no verbal issues about the room not being in working order. Of course the room had issues. For one the floors were wood floors that had not been mopped because my wore white socks and it left the bottom of his socks black. Secondly, there was no A/C in the room it was blowing nothing but hot air. I notified the front desk and was promised that it would be fixed. We left for the whole day and upon return still no A/C. We had to open the windows and throughout the night it had cooled the room down. Again complained no action. Stayed one more night and left. I will not be staying here again."

"An older, renovated property. Seen like it was converted hotel of another brand and renamed Comfort Suites. Average hotel."

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC made noises the whole time it came on. Was usable to sleep because whom ever was over top of me none stop stomping and running on top of dropping stuff."
