Updated Mountainside Condo

  • Located in the Clearbrook development right across from Loon Mountain, this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is the perfect basecamp for your family`s White Mountain adventures. You`ll enjoy the privacy of being spread out over 3 different levels, giving everyone their own space to enjoy. Come together in the spacious, open concept living/dining and kitchen area to cozy up to the gas fireplace or sit out on the private deck after a long day in the mountains.

    First floor- Entryway with storage for gear, a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom
    Main level- Open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Living room features a gas fireplace and a private balcony facing Loon Mtn
    Loft level offers a second bedroom with a full bed, and a set of twin bunk beds, with an attached 3/4 bathroom
    Each bedroom is a `suite` making this a great option for families or two couples.

    PLEASE NOTE- there are several stairs down to the unit, and there are 2 parking spaces available
    There is air conditioning in the upper levels, but no central AC

    You`ll have access to the entire condo

    The condo is set up for self check in with a keypad, but I am local if needed
