This neighborhood find is within walking distance of local parks and the historic downtown area. We look forward to hosting you! \- Fully Equipped Kitchen \- Dining Area \- Living Area w/ Smart TV/Wi-Fi \- Up to 4 guests - 1 bedroom/2 beds (1 is a king sofa bed) \- Full Bath \*\*Please note the private bathroom is downstairs (12 stairs) \- Extended Driveway for parking \-Washer/Dryer \- Spacious Backyard - not fully fenced \-Dogs welcome ($10 extra per night) \-Complimentary coffee/tea, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner \*Due to our proximity to downtown, you can hear the train that goes through town. We live in the home next to the garage, and the train does not wake us up at night. \*We welcome families to enjoy our space, but due to the open stairs, we do not recommend children under 3. Please feel free to use the backyard directly behind the garage apartment (the area with the deck and other detached garage belongs to the host). Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am A fee of $10 per hour will be charged for late check-outs WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Park on the left side of the driveway (or park on the street) and walk on the stone path left of the garage apartment and through the open gate. Please keep this gate open. You will enter through the back door, where you'll find a coded lock. Your host will send you the code in advance of your stay. Sometimes the door needs to be held shut when locking it from the outside. WHEN YOU CHECKOUT: \-Put all used towels in the bathtub. \-Throw away all garbage (We will take it out). \-Clean and put away all dirty dishes. \-Turn off all lights. \-Notify host of your departure HOUSE RULES: Quiet Hours: 10pm -
