Summary: 'License to Chill' is what we call this relaxing top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a queen Murphy bed, two twin beds, and has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna! The Space: Come chill out in unit 310 at the Sea Gypsy which we call "License To Chill". This spacious top floor condo features spectacular views of the mighty Pacific Ocean. This condo can sleep up to four people. It features two twins in the back bedroom, a queen sized, pull-down Murphy bed (great for putting back up and creating more space during the day). "License To Chill" is the perfect condo for any group. The Sea Gypsy Condominium Association provides Wi-fi throughout the complex, an indoor heated pool and a dry sauna. There’s even a gas grill on-site for your use. Other features include a full kitchen with a full sized range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. This unit also has two full bathrooms, stocked with fluffy towels and a starter supply of toiletries. Guest Access: The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna. This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit. The Neighborhood: 310 License to Chill Getting Around: Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town. Other Things to Note: This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer. Lots of space, great ocean view, right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside is the wifi. At peak times it was nearly impossible to watch a show or movie. It was quite frustrating. Especially after sunset when most everyone has come back tot their condo and is trying to stream something. It was very quiet. The ocean view was perfect. Even though it was the third floor we loved how close we were to beach access. We have two small children and License to Chill was a perfect room with the queen murphy bed in the living room for the parents and two twin beds in back for the kids to each have their own bed. The pool was really nice and we used it as often as possible. I took advantage of the credit card operated laundry room and it was great to have. This unit was all we needed for our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked our meals and found everything we needed. The Murphy bed is a great way to go in the living room. Way easier than pulling our a couch hide a bed and way more comfortable. It’s is a little firm but better than a bar in your back lol. Being on the top floor means that there are no heavy footsteps waking you up in the morning nor keeping you up at night. There is a definite lean to the unit due to age (note the propped up refrigerator) and we were able to fix the stove element on the back right of the stove as it seems someone had pulled it out at some point in time. The unit has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy the time you have - we have stayed here multiple times and hope to continue. After my parents died many years ago around Labor Day, we use this time to remember them by and the location of this place is absolutely the best! Checking in is so easy - you get an email with the code to get into the unit. Communication with the owner is always quickly responded to. The pool was a very nice amenity. Unfortunately, the unit itself was very poorly cleaned. The non-carpeted floor was so dirty, our baby had what looked black soot all over his hands and legs just from crawling on it briefly when we first arrived. One of the comforters had a spot of what looked like dried mucus. Any vacuuming was very superficial, and there were crumbs in the cracks on the table and on the floor from the previous guests. The prominent table base in the main bedroom had a huge layer of dust and hair on it. Overall, it was a decent place, but the lack of cleanliness for such an expensive stay was very disappointing. ##### Adam C. With the view, even the one day it rained, we could sit comfortably and see the ocean. The kitchen was small but big enough for our breakfast needs (we ate out the other meals). There wasn't a kitchen item that we couldn't find. I loved the separate room, like a master suite, but was odd to have 2 twin beds in it. The only cons: We were on the top floor, so didn't hear anyone above us, I did feel like I had to get after my kids a lot to consider those below us. We could hear the neighbors every time they left, so we knew noise traveled easily. The other thing - we had 5 is us traveling and we were counting on using the 2 twin beds, Murphy bed, and pull out sofa bed. When we arrived, there was a note stating that the pull out sofa bed was not currently functioning/available. Thankfully, one of my kids was small enough to sleep on the small couch. If I'd had 5 adult or 3 teen sized child re, it might e been an uncomfortable 3 nights!! ##### Jessie K. It has been our favorite Oregon Coast destination for almost 30 years. The location, view, and pool cannot be beat. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. And the entire unit was sparkling clean! The door handle on the oven came loose but we were able to temporarily fix it. Otherwise everything was in good repair. We look forward to coming back again! ##### Denise S. From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent #### Troy F. 23 Aug 2022 #### Pretty cool place I came on a solo business trip, but I can tell this would be the perfect place for a family. There were two separates sleeping areas and two bathrooms. The back room had twin beds for kiddos. I didn't use the back half of the condo at all. I spent two consecutive nights in the front room working on my laptop while at the small table against the window. I kept the windows open so I could hear the water and take in the ocean breeze. There was a heatwave in Portland but it stayed cool here. It was a nice place to get work done. Wifi was solid. Will probably come back for leisure another time. ##### Troy F. ---
