Oceanfront Condo - Second Floor - Pet Friendly!

Summary:

"Shrimply Irresistible" is a remodeled oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a king bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. It is just a block from the beach and includes private access and a game room. One well-behaved furry companion is welcome. A standard pet fee applies.



The Space:

Beautifully done 1-bedroom condo with ocean view. Two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower. King-size bed with Tuft and Needle mattress in the bedroom and a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room. The kitchen is full-size and well-stocked. Enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.  The beach is directly accessible in front of the building, and there are laundry facilities on the second floor just down from our condo.  Don't forget about our awesome game room! Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, and the casino is a half-mile walk on the beach.  Come enjoy our coastal retreat. 



Please note that this unit only allows 1 pet with a standard fee.



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 1 pet for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
