The stay was literally in the heart of San Juan! Everything is close by! You can literally walk to any restaurants and bar! They have their own parking lot as well! Definitely recommend the stay

Minimum food choices during the day because most restaurants only open for dinner. Unable to order food while on the beach or at the pool. Long wait to talk to someone at front desk, at least 10 minutes because only 2 people working the desk most of the time. They were very good at resolving any issues once you talked to someone.

Although room was very clean maid service was only available every other day and we only found out after the fact when our room was not cleaned after being out all day. The in ground meal choice was limited to only 1 restaurant compared to other Hyatt's which had multiple. very quiet family oriented, very comfortable bed
