The hospitality love the amazing view the property owners are the nicest people so is the staff they make sure that you are very well taken care of, anything you need or any questions that you may have they will have a answer or they will have a suggestion is a very peaceful place and the homemade breakfast and the coffee is the best, Can't wait to go back I miss it already take time to unwind and relax to everyone at Serena boutique hotel Thank you you guys are the best.

Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

Clean room, nice breakfast but the rooms and other parts of the resort need renovations. At one point the air conditioning blew from the amount of power the resort takes. Then it got fixed within 15 minutes. The private beach is very nice with free chairs to use.

"Small pools not clear directions if I would have known that these are little buildings through n u need a car or gulf carter to get around to the basic stuff I would have never booked this fiod was over price n not the best. Staff was nice though."
