Experience the charm of Limoges in this beautifully renovated 75m² apartment, with modern design and high-quality furnishings. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem (including an en-suite) offers total comfort in an excellent location. High-speed internet connection, 3 TVs (one TV in each room), Nespresso machine, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine and iron. 🏠 Check-In Details Online check-in is required, like in the hotels. After the reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from our system called "Chekin," where you can submit your IDs and pay the security deposit of €500\. The entry codes will be released only after the check-in is completed, and the deposit paid. If you refuse to complete the check-in, your reservation will be cancelled, without any refund. MAIN HOUSE RULES: 1) Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00 2) Parties are not allowed (at any time of the day). 3) Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony 4) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.
