This is a beautiful home situated in the enchanted Roe Valley. We found the property’s owner friendly, and easy to talk to. We chose the manor because it was well situated near Portrush and Derry/ Londonderry. I loved the beautiful sun room, grounds, and quietness of this place. A lovely continental style breakfast is available in the morning, with cooked breakfasts on Sundays. If you would like to go for a run or walk, the roads are clearest in the early morning. If you take a right onto Bolea from the gate, it is just less than three miles to the intersection of Windyhill Road. The route is uphill, and weaves along a stream, through a forested area, and then you will pass wind turbines near the two mile mark. If you take a left from the gate of the property, it is 2.5 miles to Dowland Road (mostly downhill). There are also great beach walks in Portrush, and Portstewart.

This is truly the feeling of old country excellence and immediately gives the mood of total relaxation. Attention to details was the best I have seen. Biggest problem, we left later than planned for out day out; the property had too pleasant an ambiance to want to leave. ;) Thanks to the owners.

Great stay. Only one issue was having to wait for a bathroom as it was a shared facility. However, this was advertised with the price so I was aware before staying

Our experience was abysmal. Information from Expedia said "Check-in time starts at 3 PM...ends at 11:00 PM" and "if planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property..." We did NOT PLAN to arrive after 6 PM. Several problems arose, including not having a phone with which to call the B&B, being in very rural area with no apparent access to a public phone, and a GPS that said "we had arrived" when actually 2 km or more away. After seeking the property in two directions, we arrived. The gate was locked and no one available at the site. The arrival time was about 6:03 PM. There was no indication that we would be abandoned for arriving 3 minutes after 6. Very rude.

Lovely home, lovely host
This home stay was a truly lovely experience. It started months ago when I picked the wrong date, by one day, and our host did everything possible to adjust the booking for me. The house is immaculate and the room we stayed in was huge, clean and had beautiful views out each window. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choice. I highly recommend this location to anyone venturing to see the amazing Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland.

The property was in a really stunning location and views to die for. The owner was really friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and was very tasty. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous and a lovely shower and amenities. We had the Classic suite. The bed was really comfortable. The gardens were stunning with a view towards the Keady mountains and the front facing Limavady. I cant praise this place enough

I had a fantastic stay at Roe Valley Manor and Estate, the house is beautiful. it is clean, spacious and well appointed. Chris and Sharon went out of their way to ensure that I, and the other guests enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has a big range of options from fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts and cooked with excellent coffee. I would highly recommend Roe Valley Manor and Estate and definitely be back.

An extremely comfortable stay in Northern Ireland, room was fabulous with amazing views out of all the windows. Breakfast was excellent with variety enough for every taste. Friendly hospitality in the Irish way. Shame I was there for work and not leisure.

Nestled beautifully in the valley, this has to be one of my best finds yet in my travels. Sharon was an outstanding host, and prepared a most delicious breakfast each morning for us. Lovely stay, great host, cosy rooms!
We stayed the night following a wedding and would highly recommend it! The bed was really comfy and the room was big! The breakfast was tasty and our host Sharon was so friendly and helpful! We will be back again! A short journey from the beach and all the Game of Thrones locations!

Perfect to relax
We were taking a two night break after a busy period and the Roe Valley Manor was just a perfect place to rest in the comfort and relaxing surroundings. Sharon is a great welcoming hostess and the lovely spacious seating areas and open fire all added to a restful break. The delicious breakfast was great too.

This place is just so wonderful! The house, the setting, the breakfast... everything is well thought of and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend stay. The host is so lovely and she looks after you well! Our room was lovely and had a nice view looking out into the amazing grounds. We had a delicious breakfast each morning with a full fry! Wonderful time away.

My wife an I had the privilege of staying in this beautiful house, such a lovely an friendly family who runs it. Nothing was to much trouble, the rooms are lovely and clean and such a fabulous setting so quiet an peaceful, the breakfast was amazing. De accomodatie was geweldig. Probleem was dat er niemand aanwezig was bij de checkin en niemand bij de checkout en ook in de tussentijd de landlady NIET gezien. Er was wel genoeg eten in de fridge voor ons, maar een Iers ontbijt maken lukte niet, geen eieren en geen spek. Daardoor zakt mijn beoordeling van een 9,5 naar een 6,5

Good location, but....
Check-in instruction has been sent by email on the day we arrived. As I did not check email, I did not know how to open the front gate. I could manage to call the owner and finally I could enter the premises. It is not kind enough. The room was so small and only one electric outlet. Bathroom was also too tight.
