Charmante woning met enkele kleine gebreken, zoals een trapleuning. En slechts 1 toilet. Ook de matrassen zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Wifi valt regelmatig weg. Ook geen bereik binnen van 5G.

Heerlijk rustig

Comfortabel huisje in rustig dorpje. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse uitstapjes zoals Gorges de Verdon, Colorado Provence en diverse dorpjes in de omgeving. Complete inrichting, het enige wat wij misten waren comfortabele ligstoelen buiten. Heerlijke week gehad

de mauvaises surprises, nous partons au bout de 3 jours.

1 - la télévision ne reçois plus aucune chaine lors d'orages ou de pluies, et une partie des canaux seulement la plupart du temps. C'est un "problème connu avec la parabole" nous écrit la propriétaire, mais non évoqué dans l'annonce. 2 - Eau chaude très au dessus des 50-60 degrés règlementaires (risque de brûlures). 3 - Escalier étroit et sans main courante ( "NF P01-02 - chapitre 3 = spécification dimensionnelles de sécurité pour les rampes d'escalier - Généralités 3-1" 4 - la photo de la "terrasse" est trompeuse, en réalité c'est un morceau public de la ruelle étroite qui longe le logis. Notons enfin que le salon est sombre, bien triste les jours gris, surtout sans télévision. Nous avons donc quitté le gite au bout de 3 jours.

Nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à occuper ce logement plein de charme. Nous nous y sommes senti très bien, au calme avec tout le confort. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation et même avec grand plaisir

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un très bel environnement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la location. Un bémol, notre but étant la visite de la région, nous n'avons pas eu un grand besoin de la "terrasse"; en fait il n'y a pas de terrasse , table et chaises sont installées le long de la route. Certes peu passante et en sens unique mais déjeuner avec le passage d'une voiture à 50 cm de vous n'est pas très appréciable. Je ne sais pas s'il y a possibilité d'aménager un espace terrasse sur l'autre façade de la maison, ce qui serait déjà un peu mieux.Cependant, le village est calme et très beau.

Des frais "cachés" et une maison mal entretenue

La maison est agréable et située dans une village sympathique. Par contre un manque d'entretien de la maison : - Les moustiquaires sont défectueuses, - le tuyau de gaz est périmé depuis 5 ans. - Le répartiteur de la douche était défectueux, la fille de la propriétaire très peu sympathique est venue et n'a pas réparé le robinet, nous avons donc passé le reste du séjour avec la douche utilisable qu'en mode douchette. - l'espace devant la maison permet de mettre une table "en pente" et à moitié sur la rue, en outre le store que l'on voit sur la photo n'est plus en place. Bref un bel endroit, mais deçu par l’extérieur et le peu de sympathie et de soins des propriétaires. Par contre la jeune femme qui représente l'agence est très sympathique et professionnelle. . A la fin du séjour nous avons du payé la consommation EDF et les frais de séjour. ces frais étaient annoncé dans l'épais contrat de location, mais pas présent dans la description du séjour quand nous réservé la location

Très bon séjour au calme

Maison bien équipée, très propre. Le village est très agréable et la situation permet de nombreuses excursions dans les environs Seuls bémols : pas de penderie dans une des chambres et absence de terrain clos.

Absolut ruhige und gut ausgest...

Absolut ruhige und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Ein wenig fehlt ein Garten obwohl der Platz vor dem Haus in der Gasse auch zum sitzen einlädt. Hier hat man dann auch Kontakt zu den einzelnen Spaziergängern die mal vorbeikommen. zur Zeit gibt es eine Bar/Restaurant im Dorf, allerdings gibt es Essen nur auf Vorbestellung. Reisetipps: Unbedingt in die Gärten von Mane fahren.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in d...

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus in Limans. Leider sind die Gartenmöbel mittlerweile doch arg lädiert. Stühle rasten nicht mehr richtig ein und klappen zusammen. Insgesamt etwas ungepflegt.Die Kochutensilien; Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen weisen leider starke Gebrauchsspuren auf: z.B. Pfannenbeschichtung löst sich, Topfböden sehr krumm. Leider sind auch die Betten (1,40 m breit) für einen Aufenthalt und ruhigen Schlaf über 14 Tage für zwei Personen zu schmal. In Sachen Sauberkeit dürfteman für 30,–– € Endreinigung erwarten, ebenfalls ein sauberes Haus übernehmen zu können. So möchten wir keine gebrauchten Hygieneartikel im Bad vorfinden, die Dusche sollte gereinigt, sein, die Deckel der Mülleimer abgewaschen sein. Über schmutzige Fenster und einen nicht gefegten Außensitzplatz, können wir gerade noch hinweg sehen. Reisetipps: Ideales Gebiet zum Radfahren. Die Gärten von Salagon, da kann man ruhig jedes Jahr mal hinfahren. Markt in Forcalquier.

Schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Wegen dicker Mauern im Haus auch bei draußen 32Grad noch angenehm kühl. –Mehrere Steckdosen sehr lose in der Wand, kaum nutzbar.Bewegliche Ausstattung (Klopapier, Gewürze..) so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Reisetipps: Im office de tourisme Forcalquier gibt es ein Faltblatt mit den Markttagen der Umgebung, kostenlos.

Schönes Haus in ruhigem kleine...

Schönes Haus in ruhigem kleinen Ort. Parken ist direkt neben dem Haus möglich, somit keine langen Wege zum Gepäcktransport. Leider war die Epicerie entgegen der Kundenbewertung aus 2013 nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Betten sind mit 1,40m Breite für 14 Tage Urlaub doch etwas schmal. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, es war alles da, nur könnte mal eine neue Pfanne ins Sortiment. Der Platz vor dem Haus diente uns für angenehme Stunden sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendtisch. Wirklich wenig Verkehr. Reisetipps: Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind: Wanderung Basses Gorges du Verdon, Ockerfelsen bei Rustrel, und natürlich die Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Montagsmarkt in Forcalquier sowie hier auch der Biomarkt am Donnerstag Nachmittag. Baden am Lac du St. Croix ist ein Muss. Die Jardins de Salagon in Mane waren Balsam für die Seele. Balsam für die Haut gibt es dann in Manosque direkt bei l´Occitane. Wer der französischen Sprache mächtig ist, dem sei eine Soiree Decouvertee im Observatoire Mont St. Michel empfohlen. Karten im Office du Tourisme Forcalquier. Die Anfahrt von Grenoble über die Route Napoleon durch die Berge und die folgenden ausgedehnten Apfelplantagen lohnt sich. Wer Samstags anreist, kann in Sisteron gleich noch fürs Wochenende einkaufen. Auch wenn es im September keinen blühenden Lavendelfelder mehr gibt, so kann mann dennoch gerade auf dem Hochplateau von Valensole den Duft des Lavendels riechen. Wer sich für alte Obstsorten, speziell Feigen, interessiert, dem ist ein Besuch im Maison de laBiodiversite´ in Manosque empfohlen.
