Moldy and no heat, but great location
The apartment wreaked of mold and there was hair on the bedsheets. Unfortunately, we had to vacate the property early because the cleaner arrived very late and we were having allergies. There is no heat in the unit as well. I don’t recommend Trendy Host properties because of their Negligence. The location was fantastic and we loved Lima, the restaurant and the ocean views.

The property and the surrounding area was good however the apartment was not well managed. It was dirty and I had to pay out of pocket for an additional cleaning service. Toward the last few days of our trip, the wifi also stopped working and this was never resolved other than giving us a phone to hotspot but which was not sufficient to meet our data needs.

About the internet, when it was reported, they were given a telephone that works as a modem, easy to mobilize and with sufficient signal to use mobile devices and TV as additional support. The property was comfortable for the price, but they only clean it if you stay one full week or more and also you have to pay to get clean towels or sheets. My stayed there was from March 14th through the 21st. However 2 days after we arrived the president declared state of emergency for the covid-19 pandemic and closed all the borders in and out of the country and closed all non-essential businesses. So we were going to be stuck in peru for an indefinite period of time. So the lady in charge of the property immediately cancelled our scheduled cleaning and wouldn't even come give us clean towels even if we paid. The entire time she shielded herself behind the state of emergency not to help us out or provide us with anything, even though it says hotels and places of lodging were considered essential. So we had to be for almost 2 weeks with a dirty condo cleaning it ourselves and with the same towels and sheets since the time we arrived. I probably won't stay there again.

We are sorry that we were unable to comply with the cleaning courtesy 1 time a week. Our apartment status is not within the essential services and therefore we were not provided with free passes for transit. Likewise, as an alternative, it was offered the option of another apartment that was clean in another building with the intention of reducing the discomfort of having a dirty apartment. For everyone it is a difficult situation that requires understanding and as much as possible we try to provide the most viable options to be safe. Hope you can be now safe at home with your family. Good family stay option in Miraflores
This is a very good choice for a family stay, very clean, comfortable and modern... but you absolutely need to ask to stay in the building behind the avenida del Ejercito otherwise the noise from the traffic is really high (the windows are new but absolutely not soundproof). Be also very cautious when using the showers as the hot water tank is really small (the third user did not have hot water anymore).

This is a brand new apartment, located on a main road in Miraflores. There are plenty of dining options within a 10 min walk from the property. The wifi was good, showers were hot with good pressure (although hot water only lasts about 5 minutes and then takes another 5 to reheat). Netflix was included and set up on the TV. Furniture and amenities were new and great and the main bed was huge.The only downside of this property was that we had an apartment on the road side of the building, which was very very loud as the windows didn't close/seal properly. If staying here I would try and request a room that wasn't facing the road.

Amazing stay! If the pool and jacuzzi had been open, would have gotten 5 stars across the board. Huge apartment, modern, spacious, well-located with helpful staff. And it was well-priced too! Very recommended!

Property was brand new and excellent. Modern design, good location. Jesus, our host was amazing. He communicated promptly via WhatsApp and even helped carry a heavy suitcase as well as providing local restaurant referrals. Wished we could have stayed several days. Will book again.

Así mismo, se dejó dicha llave en la recepción del edificio en caso llegará durante la madrugada.
