The hotel has a super cool style and vibe. The room was stylish, comfortable, and nice. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was included and everyone was willing to help me figure out how to explore Miraflores.

The hotel is clean but the rooms are very small. The check in was supposed to be at 2:00 pm but our room wasn’t ready until after 4:00 pm. There are much better hotel options in the area.

I enjoyed the hotel so much. I stayed an extra week there. I went to Peru for a two week stay. The hotel felt right at home. Bed was cozy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly!

New, fun, clean.
This is a basic hotel, reminds me of a dorm room, a nice modern one. That said, it has a fun vibe, comfortable and very new and clean.

Amazing! Great location . The staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very funky and rooms great. Breakfast was excellent too. Definitely will stay here again if I’m lucky enough to be back in Miraflores.

Good location in miraflores. Modern with pool table and bar. Would have preferred a buffet breakfast rather than ordered from a menu. They were very accommodating and got us a room before standard check in time and let us extend our check out time for a fee

The staff was very friendly and the property is well maintained. The property is close to many of the major attractions. The area has several fine restaurants and at least five casinos for anyone who enjoys the gambling scene.

My stay here was fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, (comfiest bed I slept in Peru!) I did not take advantage of the rooftop bar but I visited it briefly during the day and it was a nice spot that I would have enjoyed having a drink. The breakfast included was the best hotel food I have ever had. In the U.S. we typically get packaged and pre-made snacks, the food here was made to order! Very tasty. My spanish comprehension is very poor at the moment, so I appreciated very much the staff's effort to make communication as simple as possible for me; I had no trouble at all. The location is also perfect in Miraflores. Its a very short walk to food markets, restaurants, and the charming Kennedy Park. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons absolument adoré la chambre et l’emplacement de d’hôtel! Le lit et les oreillers étaient confortable et la chambre, bien que petite était parfaite à notre avis. Tout est bien pensé pour que ça fit dans la chambre. La décoration est vraiment cool!! Ce que nous avons trouvé le plus difficile c’est que les serveurs aux 2 restaurants ne parle pas anglais. Nous nous attendions, dans une grosse ville comme Lima à ce que les menus et les serveurs soient en anglais et espagnol… Le déjeuner (inclus dans notre réservation) était toutefois excellent. Le souper sur la terrasse au 8ième étage était aussi bon, mais un peu overprice à notre avis. Bref, je vous recommanderais l’hôtel sans hésiter si vous parler espagnol.

Lovely Oasis
We really enjoyed staying here. It is modern, clean, and staffed with friendly people who provide great service. WiFi worked great. Location is very convenient to the attractions in Miraflores - less than 10 min walk to both the neighborhood center or the beach.

Great Hotel - Horrible Customer Service
The hotel itself is very nice. Our main issue resolved around the service at the hotel. We arrived late Friday night and the room we got was right above the bar. There was absolutely no sound proofing as it was like we were sitting at the bar in our room. The only room they had available was one with a full size bed. I was promised that we could move to another king room the next day as people checked out. I asked several times and they avoided the subject all together. I also never got a hair dryer adapter as I requsted twice. The night staff were very friendly and great but the day staff were completely useless and couldn't help us with anything. Also had an issue with the shower. Without moving the handle, the temperature switched from freezing cold to blazing hot at random.

One of the best experiences I have had!
From the time we walked through the doors the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very nice and there are many amenities in the hotel. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at any hotel I have stayed. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in Miraflores.

King Rooms are small & perfect for solo traveler but honestly cramped for 2. My GF and I were on top of each other but not in a good way. Once 2 suitcases open it was really cramped. Hotel breakfast and location were excellent though. Hotel is new and very clean. Prices seem fair too.

Excellence in every way!!
This radisson was superb! Sure, there are hotels nearby that are less expensive, but you'll be rewarded in more ways than one! This location is full of hip, trendy art. From the outside of the hotel to the rooftop bar, there is plenty to take in. Both bars have a great vibe, great service, and menus with lots of variety. The location was great, plenty of places to walk to within minutes. The staff aims to offer top quality customer service and the uniform is very fitting. I traveled with my 13 year old and I never felt like the entertainment areas were too much or too adult. Definitely, still family friendly! The staff provided complementary espresso pods for our in room machine to compliment the churros we purchased down the block. Great attention to detail. There are bikes thst you can rent down the street to head to the beach. You can ride alongside the pacific ocean strecth and stop for parque del amor, the lighthouse, the lock fence, and many more things. I was impressed by their laid back eco-friendly ideas and felt the marketing was done tastefully. Youre given a choice to play your part in being green. Hang and use your towel an extra day or leave in the floor for new ones. Remember to become a Radisson Rewards member, you'll get 2 free water bottles in room. I will be staying here again and again! I will definitely book with Radisson more often. Gracias por todo, muy bien servicio y hogar!!

funky hotel in the heart of miraflores
very nice new hotel. great breakfast cool funky room and an awesome location.. the room did seem to have an ant problem that was addressed after my first night but persisted into the second.. however i felt that the room was clean and the ants are probably a result of the new construction.
