It is very close to the beach, just seven minutes walking. It has wifi, cable TV, fully equipped rooms and kitchen, 24 hour hot water and a very large private terrace with outdoor grill. It is a family and spacious house, well insulated from noise due to the large garden of 800 square meters. It is inside the La Venturosa condominium.
