I would've give it 5 stars if they haven't attemt to not let my partner in after I already had one partner the other day. I booked for 2 people and they said 2 people have been registered already, so when the one left the next day I can't have someone else over. Make sure to double check si they don't give you problems.

I arrived at noon asking for an early check in if possible. I rented a suite in a Sunday and the hotel was not busy. However, the lady at the fronts desk told me that check in was only at 2 pm. I told her I will wait and they finally let me into the room at 1:45pm. I asked to please check if they could do my room promptly to what they reply again check is at 2 pm. I have stayed in numerous hotels and in busy areas, and I always get to go into the room earlier or they look for another room, however this time, they were not interested in looking into to it to assist me. The shower head wasn’t working properly as well. I stayed here before during the pandemic and I had to be hanged of rooms 3 times because things weren’t working. I excused them because it was during the pandemic and decided to give them another. I received no VIP treatment

Ingresé al hotel pasado media noche y solo me dejaron estar hasta la 1:30 pm y no 2:30 por más que pedi algo de consideración por ingresar muy tarde al hotel, no parece un hotel que estaba lleno así que un poquito de flexibilidad hubiera hecho mejor mi experiencia

I made a reservation at the Hotel Nobility for 8 nights through Expedia AARP. The first day I was there, there was no hot water in my room. I ran the sink and shower for 30 minutes, and alternated the faucets to ensure that I was not missing something. I had to take a cold shower. I told the front desk about it. The next day there was still no hot water, so I checked out early on the 3rd day. The manager told me to contact Expedia to approve a refund. I spoke to 4 different Expedia agents over the following week. Each of them told me that the hotel would have to make the refund. Each time, the hotel told me that Expedia would have to make the refund. I never got the refund. This is as much Expedia's fault as the hotel's!

The room was quite outdated and smelled of smoke although it was a non smoking room. Air condition unit was directly on the opposite wall of the bed so you either put up with the noise at night or turn it off and be hot. The staffs were helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was descent but i wish the was just a bit more variety in food. The mattress is comfortable but the bed support /vinyl part is torn at the edges and is showing its age. It did not look as though my room was vacuumed during my stay because i kept seeing the same few pieces of paper on the floor. I’ve stayed in this hotel about 4.5 years ago and it always took a while to get the hot water flowing in the sink or the shower. For the most part i had to wait at least 10 minutes for the hot water and it was the same during my stay this time. I wish this could be corrected because i’d like to stay at this hotel again. I don’t know what is it but the room has that old smell, maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned or it’s just an old building smell. Thank you for reading.

Very friendly stuff, helpful and attentive to small details. My room was very clean. Though it is not very new, it is kept in great condition. The food in the restaurant of the hotel is amazing!

Good value for the price
The hotel was affordable, clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was less favorable when it comes to closeness to shops in Miraflores, and I understood from some local colleagues that this is not the safest area in Miraflores. However, I did not have any negative experiences during my one week stay.

The hotel is clean and in a very good location.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable by Peruvian standards. It is in a great location with several high end restaurants in walking distance. My basic room had a balcony that was awesome to view the city at night. The one flaw was hot water, which was tepid. This was not a big deal as the water was not ice cold as I had grown used to in Peru. The hotel does perport to have hot water though.

Very agreeable room with big king and good linen; hot water tap seems backwards and takes 5 mins to run warm but food great, service excellent, people very friendly and speak English, very good boutqiue hotel near to CLinica INCA and good shopping.

This hotel is amazingly comfortable. The room was luxurious. The spa/ steam room/ music center in the bathroom was amazing. I want one at home. So good. Everything was impeccably thought out.

We loved this hotel! There's two cevicherias close by, it's about a 20 minute walk from Parque Kennedy, and a quick Uber ride from Barranco. The room was comfortable and modern, and the bathroom was very spacious. The shower took a bit to heat up, and the sauna/jacuzzi/gym was kind of a joke, but that's not what you go to Lima for! The breakfast in the mornings was also great, with a variety of options including a ton of fresh fruit. We also got a welcome drink of Pisco Sour, and really enjoyed the room service we ordered. Bellhops were helpful and knowledgeable, and all the staff was very friendly.

best kept secret in Lima
Staff extremely professional and courteous, Vanessa and Paloma at the front desk, professional, polite, friendly and courteous as always. This is my second stay at Hotel Nobility and it only gets better with time. This hotel should be rated 5 stars. Security very good. Security outside, very professional and attentive, cameras on every floor, doormen extremely helpful and courteous, room service fast and friendly, good running hot water. From the cleaning people to the front desk, everyone, very sharp, professional and polite.

Nice hotel in Miraflores.
Nice hotel, very good security, clean rooms, staff friendly and professional. Vanessa at the front desk was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Security extremely good, cameras on every floor. Professional doormen, most of them anyway. Nice breakfast buffet. Hot water, though sometimes it takes a minute before it heats up. The only negatives were Paloma at the front desk, very cold and unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she was too important to take the time to answer any question. As well as Hilton the door man, who was friendly and polite at first, but after a couple of days there he was more interested in staring and gawking at my wife's rear end and breasts than he was in opening the door. Reasonable prices. Room service fast and friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent, though very small portions. Overall, I would stay there again.

hotel is nice. it is only 1 mile from the mall. you can walk there which is about 20 min or cab ride of 5 min. the hotel is awesome but the only thing was that the hot water in the shower is not consistently hot. sometimes you have to wait 5 min before the shower is hot.

We stayed at this hotel for our short Lima vacation and I would re come d it to anyone who wants to visit Lima. The room was very modern and clean and the stuff was very very helpful. We couldn't find tickets to Machu Picchu and Paloma from the front desk reception made few calls at 1 am and got us the tickets . Also, because we needed to check out early in the morning at 5 am and miss breakfast they made sure we got our breakfast early.

We enjoyed three nights at hotel nobility. The hotel room was very large and clean, and they served a great complimentary breakfast. The location was ok, but a little outside the main area of miraflores, but it was will able to walk to restaurants and sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our shower floor was a solid marble slab so it's perfectly flat surface wasn't the greatest choice for drainage. Also we were given a free drink ticket so we ate dinner and had one drink in the lobby, turned in early after a day of travel, the next morning I got food poisoning. thankfully it only lasted 12 hrs, but I hadn't been sick before during the trip, and we started in Bolivia. It was either the ice in the drink or an orange mousse dessert. Things happen though, the hotel staff was great, location is 10 min taxi from central park and the hotel is stylish and spacious.

I purchased the deluxe suite for one evening. Based on the price of this room, we expected nothing but the best. Once we were finally in our room and unpacked, we attempted to turn off the AC unit (because it was getting cold) and it wouldn't shut off. We asked the bell hop. Nothing. We called the front desk and they couldn't figure it out either. Finally they offered to switch our room which we decided to take them up on. Once we were finally settled down in our next suite, I decided to take a bath. I filled the bath, started to relax and next thing you know, the entire bathroom floor is covered in water. The bath tub was leaking! I decided to get out and go lay on the bed and I realize that the AC unit is turning off and on on its own (like completely losing power. It sounded like the breaker couldn't handle the power that it was pulling. I may not know much, but I am an electrical engineer and can tell you that that AC was not working properly)! I call the front desk and tell them about the problems. They tell me there is nothing they can do about the bath tub tonight, but even better, that that is how the AC is supposed to work (then why wasn't it blowing cold air)!? I ask to change rooms again and they tell me no. At this point I just wanted sleep. The next morning during our check-out they gave us little boxes of left-over pastries from the continental breakfast. Yea that's not going to cut it….
