Owner refused to rent condo upon my arrival

The owner had a dispute with VRBO (Home Away) and refused to give me key to condo even though payment was made in full two months prior I was left walking the streets at 11:00 PM looking for a taxi and/or a hotel.
Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2019
