The hotel is in a Great position in Lille Rooms are clean and adequate but badly in need of modernising I visit Lille on business but would not stay in this hotel again unless it was refurbished

The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.
