Great value for money! The hotel staff provided friendly service! They were always offering free tea to customers at the lobby. You can also borrow summer hats and umbrellas at the lobby. The nice male staff helped to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. The young lady (Ms. Liu) helped to book a wonderful performance at SongCheng Lijiang Resort with fantastic seats – definitely worth the money! The hotel staff also told me about the airport shuttle bus which only costs RBM 20, much cheaper than a taxi which would have costs RMB 80\. When there were room function issues, they fixed the problems quickly. Hotel location is great – at the intersection of two major streets (easy to find) and just a few minutes walk from Lijiang Old Town. While the Old Town is nice to walk around, the streets are paved with old cobblestones, which sometimes makes it slippery even on sunny days; and it is easy to get lost because it is like a huge maze. Cars are not allowed inside Old Town, so you would have to carry your luggage yourself walking in a big maze, which is quite bad for the luggage wheels. Thus, it is much better to have the hotel outside of Old Town. There are several convenience stores, restaurants, major banks, and public bus stops on the same block as the hotel, so you can find everything you need near the hotel! ##### NYC Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2017 Verified ### 6/10 Okay #### Takeshi 7 Oct 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort #### 立地は便利だが車通りの多い道沿いにあるので深夜まで騒音がある 価格が安い割に部屋はちゃんとしていてコストパフォーマンスは良いと思いますが、立地が車通りの多い交差点の近くでクラクションやら車の走行音やらが深夜まで響いてくるので、騒音が苦手な人は耳栓を持参したほうが良さそうです。 バスルームはシャワーのみですが、レインシャワーもついていて水圧、湯量とも全く問題なく良かったです。 立地は麗江古城からも麗江バスターミナルからも徒歩5分位なのでとても便利です。空港バスの発着地までは徒歩35〜40分でした。 24時間レセプションとありますが、24時間はやっていません。朝6時過ぎにチェックアウトして空港へ向かおうとしたらレセプションの電気が消され無人でホテルの出入り口が閉まっていて、中国の携帯電話が無いと通話できない番号に電話しろと書かれていて中国のSIMを持っていなかった自分だけではどうにも出来ず、20分後くらいにたまたま外出しようとして現れた中国人ゲストにお願いしてレセプションの人を呼んでもらえてチェックアウトすることが出来ました。 英語が出来る人が1人いたので、早朝にチェックアウトする際はその人に予め伝えておいたほうが良さそうです。 ##### Takeshi Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2017 Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 30 Sept 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Very nice hotel and friendly staff Very nice hotel at a very good location (very close to the old town).
