Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. It was also great that they had the WeChat services which enable guest to contact the hotel directly for any request. Thought the idea was excellent. The rooms are huge and airy, with an enormous bathroom and bathtub, the bed is luxurious and super comfortable. Beautiful, well tended gardens. Absolutely amazing staff who are friendly, extremely helpful and speak English.
