The bedroom door would not close. We had to lock the door with the key when in the room. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly. Breakfast was nice. It was continental. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very nice, The location was very good. The rooms and bathroom do need to be refurbished. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The passes that were included were great as included the busses unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy other benefits. Room was great for our needs. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and they had a smart tv which we could actually watch Netflix on (more hotels need to do this).
