"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. In the main building, there is no possibility to have tea or coffee, not in the room and not in the foyer. Good things: lots of dogs, food, Anjelika did a great job in the spa, and Vlad with Jürgen rescued the service. Convienient...

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was great too, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of fresh options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. Turna Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!"
