"Nice location right next to the outlets in Kittery ME. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The only negative was the shower needed a little tightening to get the correct pressure to flow from the upper shower area. The shower wand option worked fine. Breakfast area was minimal but well stocked. Would have loved a pastry or two as an option but there were muffins as well as the usual eggs and bacon. Good value for the price"

"The inn was conveniently located to restaurant and shopping . Rooms were good size and clean. Are only issue for our staff was the folks in the room next to ours was up talking most of the night. Although we couldn’t hear what was said, the voices were heard."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean, modern and convenient to town. Only complaints were the price of parking. After the first night I parked in the garage next door to save $5/night. Breakfast quality could be raised a bit. For instance, all the juices were VERY watered down, to the point of being undrinkable."

"Have stayed here about 12 times over twenty years in August. It is an excellent combination of unusually quiet well done rooms, location, and highly competitive price. The recent stay gained from the excellent attention and courtesy of manager Jenn Furlow, who addressed some needs and problem solving. She represents the hotel well indeed. We will return in August of 2027."

"Very nice well-equipped gym. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. Pricey, but the breakfast has some great choices. Staff is not overly friendly but definitely efficient. Rooms are very modern and have all the proper amenities. Hotel decor in general is very modern and mostly brown. Lacks coziness and warmth. Rather stark. I think the parking situation is overcomplicated. You have three options. You can valet for 45 bucks for one overnight, you can pay for when you check in to 8:00 p.m. and then you have to re-up your parking again from 9:00 a.m. on. Or, you can park a block and a half away. I wish I'd been warned about that I had it because I might have picked another hotel. Also, the view is not great from any of the hotel windows because you're looking right at other buildings."
