"The hotel is nice and the staff are helpful. Two things stop me from giving it a five-star review. First, the breakfast is pretty bad. The egg options in the buffet are unappetizing (Spanish egg tarts) and the scrambled eggs I ordered from the kitchen were worse -- actually inedible. There was no oatmeal or other common breakfast options. I had a hard time finding enough to eat. The $22 charge was not worth it. Second, the location is odd, on a strange little street surrounded by small office buildings and construction sites and with limited parking. (Your choice is valet parking, with what seemed to be a bit of a wait to retrieve your car, or street parking in the neighborhood. We got lucky with street parking. ). It is actually an easy walk to the picturesque, historic district of Portsmouth but when you first arrive at the hotel you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere."

"We stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and having a mini kitchen was a bonus! The pool area was nice. There was a designated smoking area that had a couple of tables and seating areas. I’m a non-smoker (traveled with a smoker) and found the area a great place to sit and chat. There were barely any smokers around. We met some great travelers; there was a nice vibe about the place. Staff are great- super helpful."

"This was a 10/10 experience. Truly magical, restorative, and inspiring. What an absolute delight to wake up overlooking the forest. The elevation of the cabin and the picture window almost feel like you're floating in the woods. The cabin itself was immaculate, the amenities were so thoughtful, s'mores, hot chocolate, and firewood. The bed was so comfortable. The surrounding area is really fun, especially if you came to antique. There are so many antique stores in the area. We will most certainly be back. Thank you!!!!!!!"

"Nice location right next to the outlets in Kittery ME. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The only negative was the shower needed a little tightening to get the correct pressure to flow from the upper shower area. The shower wand option worked fine. Breakfast area was minimal but well stocked. Would have loved a pastry or two as an option but there were muffins as well as the usual eggs and bacon. Good value for the price"

"The inn was conveniently located to restaurant and shopping . Rooms were good size and clean. Are only issue for our staff was the folks in the room next to ours was up talking most of the night. Although we couldn’t hear what was said, the voices were heard."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean, modern and convenient to town. Only complaints were the price of parking. After the first night I parked in the garage next door to save $5/night. Breakfast quality could be raised a bit. For instance, all the juices were VERY watered down, to the point of being undrinkable."

"I stay here with my granddaughters 7 & 10 when visiting family. It makes our time together easy. Pool is great. Never crowded. Breakfast is convenient. Also the dining area can be used to sit and eat other times of the day. Grocery store within walking distance."
