The property was a bit outdated. The food was mid. The staff seem to be willing to help Aslong as you tip them and then they interrupt your trip trying to sell time shares for a free character breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely our personal butler, Mr Rodny.
From the moment we arrived, Mr Rodny was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. He handled everything smoothly—from organizing activities to making dining reservations—always with a warm and friendly attitude.
Overall, Mr Rodny added a special touch to the stay and made it truly memorable. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for top-notch, personalized service.
