Newly remodeled, the 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. A spacious screened porch overlooks the lake, and a year-round hot tub provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind. This living space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Whether you\`re seeking a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, Grace\`s Cottage is the perfect home base for your Maine adventure. This vacation rental is a three-bedroom one-bathroom house that overlooks the lake. It sleeps 8 people comfortably with a king-sized bed and trundle in the master room, one room with a queen, and another with two twin-sized beds. We offer a fully supplied kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. We also have a large screened-in porch perfect for lunchtime picnics. You will have access to our hot tub year-round and lake access is seasonal from May through October with access to a stand-up paddle board, canoe, kayaks, and life jackets are also provided. We are available all days of the week if you have any questions and will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We strive to make your travel experience the best. We made a long weekend of the trip and were easily able to get to many out lying towns with in an hour or so. The cottage was newly remodeled, clean, and very cozy. Went to Liberty to see some friends, and this house is such a beautiful little gem. The renovated space is comfortable, functional, and welcoming. We managed to arrive just after a late March snowstorm so while we didn’t enjoy the lake, the hot tub was greatly appreciated. By far one of the nicest houses I have rented, and you will not find anything as nice as this in the area. Have recommended it to other friends and will definitely book again. ##### Stephanie M. Very comfortable & well equipped, except for the kitchen, which could use more cooking & serving pieces. But the basics provided were good. We were four people for a few days and I wouldn’t have more due to the lack of a second toilet. Note a neighbor has a bunch of chickens & that’s what you hear, rather than the loons. You can tell that a lot of thought and love have gone into making this a comfortable house for guests. We spent our days down on the dock enjoying the boats and swimming in the lake, grilling dinner and using the hot tub. With little kids I especially appreciated the amount of towels available to us. Also the AC was wonderful on the hot days. The only cons of this property were that -the only bathroom is upstairs, -that the stairs are very steep and my kids needed help going up and down and constant supervision around the stairs -and that the road is quite hazardous as it’s not busy but people are driving fast on it. ##### Leda B. Everything was top grade and plentiful. Amenities galore. Our less than perfect ratings had to do with our previous experiences. This home is not a Maine cabin experience. Situated on "Main Street," across from an elementary school and on a very active road, our typical bucolic, woodsy experience was a distant memory.
