Freundliche Begrüssung, gratis Willkommensgetränk und Tapas. Mängel: Kühlschrank kühlte nicht,Scheibe zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich trotz Rollo zu hell, Wäscheleine im Bad kam man nicht ran und die Abtrennung der Badewanne sehr unpraktisch, Heizung lief ständig konnte man nicht abstellen und Klimaanlage ging nicht.

We got our welcome drink (prosecco) warm. Next day, we went to the bar and got white wine which was also warm. Drying rack in our bathroom didn't work. Otherwise the hotel is nice, good location and friendly staff, but at the end it is about the details which were not that great :(

Leider 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, Waschbecken im Bad locker, Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Größe des Hotels, nur ein Fahrstuhl für Gäste (5.Stock mit Kinderwagen), Spielzimmer ungepflegt, kein schönes Spielzeug, viel kaputt und wird nicht entsorgt.

Such a low level is not suitable for hotels.com

We were 2 adult, and 1 child. We got the room with one king size bed, so there are no bed for our child. Their offer was to give an additional single room, so we need to be separated. This is not acceptable, of course, but we cannot do nothing… In addition, the air conditioning does not work in these three days. So, this was terrible weekend.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit “Whirlpool”. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lockere Fliesen, abgewetzte Wandverkleidung, abgerissene Gardinen und gesprungener Spiegel in der Badtür. Vier Sterne sucht man hier vergebens. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir ab 10 Uhr für gute 9h nicht in unserem Zimmer waren. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, lag noch eine leere Flasche neben dem Bett. Ich bin wirklich nicht empfindlich, aber sowas darf einfach nicht passieren! Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die 2 kostenlosen Lademöglichkeiten für E-Fahrzeuge direkt vor dem Hotel. Uns wurde allerdings gesagt, dass das Laden in Zukunft kostenpflichtig wird und nur vorübergehend umsonst ist.

Wir waren schon sehr oft in Liberec. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Bus und Bahn sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Da das Hotel an der Straße liegt, kann man kein Fenster auflassen, da viele Autos und Straßenbahnen vorbei fahren. Die Ausstattung war super. Das Personal sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Der nächste Besuch ist schon geplant.

The lady in the breakfast room was very rude when I came to breakfast as the first guest. She did not greet me and displayed an overall rude attitude. While I was eating, she took my plate without asking if it was okay. In the room, there was a technical system that controlled the curtains and there were lights behind the TV, along the bed frame on the floor, and on a wall trim. There was no information on how the system worked. After I had gone to bed, the light on the wall trim turned on. And the hotel was overpriced.

Schönes Hotel, leider war der Empfang durch den jungen Herren an der Rezeption sehr kühl und nicht gerade freundlich. Informationen gab es spärlich, über die Kosten für den Parkplatz gegenüber gab es gar keine Auskunft... Die Rechnung gabs zur Abreise. Der Rest des Aufenthaltes war sehr angenehm. Zimmer sehr sauber, das sonstige Personal freundlich und das Frühstück exzellent.
