They need to clean up room. We found a used wet cleaning towel under the bed sheet. The floor was dirty with lots of dust and animal hairs.
Staffs were kind, though.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee.
