The breakfast is also very good. Our family of 5 stayed for the weekend so it served it's purpose since we spent little time in the room accept for sleeping. It's an older hotel so it showed some wear and tear. The staff was very helpful anytime we needed anything. A nice pool to relax in when it hot. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is only a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach and 7 eleven. The hotel owner is very nice and couldn't help enough. He arranged everything we asked for with a smile. The rest of his staff were always happy, laughing and smiling which is a nice sight to see. The only downside to the hotel is the area as the beach was very dirty. I don't know if it's because of the holidays but it was awfully dirty, And there was no where that we could just sit and look at the view. This being said it has nothing to do with the hotel. All rooms have a hot water heater for the shower and air con. The private swimming pool is nice. Rooms also have cable TV, but the signal cuts in and out. Also, the wifi isn't very good, but at least they have wifi. The David Bowie theme for the hotel is a nice touch. The hotel has a good onsite restaurant. (but fun/interesting beach with bamboo picnic floats) Great staff and owner. Food service ok but slow.My wife and I appreciated their help with local tricycle/jitney/bus transport back to Manilla.
