Dies macht sich in den Betten / Matratzen bemerkbar. Die Terrassenmöbel sind abgenutzt und splittern. Tischdecken sind dreckig, haben Löcher und Risse. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer stinkt und kann nur mit einer Überdecke genutzt werden. Im Duschbad gibt es Schimmel und die Duschabtrennung ist defekt. Die Türklinke der Eingangstür ist defekt, was das verriegeln schwierig macht. Im Bad rieselt der Putz von der Decke.
