Spacious Townhome near Uptown Lexington & the Historic District. Features include hardwood floors and central air, living room with dedicated office space, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and an enclosed outdoor patio. Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and king size bed. Located in a walkable area w/miles of sidewalks featuring shops & restaurants on Main Street to fully experience city living with just a short drive to additional shopping. You have to try Lexington’s famous BBQ! The space Cozy Home located next to Uptown Lexington near the Historic District. The spacious living room is well appointed with a leather sofa featuring powered recliners perfect after a long day. The hardwood floors flow throughout the home and into the bedrooms which feature large closets and ceiling fans. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. You will love cooking with all new appliances including a stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The home is complete with a new washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms feature hardwoods as well. The 2nd floor bathroom has a large tub with shower, sink vanity and toilet. On the main level there is a half bath.
Storage is not an issue in this house which features a large linen closet and kitchen pantry. There is also additional storage in the utility room located off of the fenced in patio.
Remain comfortable year round with the central heat and air. Parking is limited to (2) spaces right in front of the home. There is green space off the patio in the backyard perfect for enjoying on summer afternoons.
Property features free wireless internet, 50 inch smart TV, kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, basic kitchen supplies for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil, foil, and you’ll always find a few non perishable food items to get you by until you get settled in. Plus a few baking pans as well. There is a coffee maker, filters, coffee and some condiments for you to enjoy and cold bottled spring water in the fridge.
In the linen closet we have stocked up with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Iron and Ironing Board and a few items ranging from band aids to soap and shampoo to get you started.
Our beds offer clean sheets and comfy pillows and will be all made up when you arrive. In the primary bedroom there is a king size bed with a full body length mirror, large walk-in closet and a separate vanity from the main bathroom so you don’t have to share with your messy loved ones. The secondary bedroom features a large closet and a queen size bed. All our mattresses are foam with protective covers so you can have peace of mind.
Laundry will be a breeze with our newer washer and dryer. The dryer is in a separate room off the patio. We have provided tide and bounce dryer sheets for your convenience.
Throughout the home we have added special touches and commonly requested items like tooth picks and ink pens.
We take COVID very serious and have provided disinfectant wipes, sanitizing cleaner, antibacterial hand soap, and several name brand cleaning chemicals which we use to clean and sanitize the home to prepare for your arrival. We ask that you use these items to maintain a clean and safe environment. Since these items are sometimes difficult to source the inventory may vary. We ask you to be conservative in the use and application of these items so all our guests can enjoy them and maintain a safe environment. Guest access Full access of the main home and outdoor areas. There is an owners closet located off of the living room that is not accessible to guests which is used to maintain the home.

Nice townhome. Bed comfortable. Kitchen missing mixing bowls, sink strainer, and kitchen towels. (We cook). But appliances were very nice. ( fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher.). All in all a good stay with just minor inconveniences.
