The photos of the property are very inviting. When we arrived, they seem slightly deceiving. The house was very clean and had what we needed to prepare meals. The owner recommended some local restaurants to visit, and we would highly recommend the coffee shop across the street. There are many walkable restaurants and Lexington nightlife nearby. The apartment is in an old building with an enclosed open air courtyard. The eclectic decor is fun and well done. Third Street coffee shop is next door and part of the urban eclectic experience. Loved the hippie vibe. (We are of that age group). A walk around Gratz Park, Lexington's first historic district, is a wonderful afternoon stop.
