10/10 Excellent
"We were in a group trip and reserved 9 rooms. Staff was very helpful during check in and upon all group arrival.
Rooms were in excellent condition, very comfortable beds and facillities."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a strong cooking smell in our room the first night we were there. Our room was 301, So we asked to be moved to another room farther away from the breakfast area. They were happy to move us the next day all the way to the other end of the hallway on the 4th floor. That was much better. The outside pool was nice, but could have been cleaned a little better. There were leaves on the bottom of the pool and some floating on top. The safe in the room we changed to was not working, so we let them know and they came up right away to fix it. It needed a new battery and the gentleman that fixed it was very nice and said if there was anything else we needed to just let him know! We like staying here because it’s a great location, close to downtown. The breakfast was very good, they change it up each day with different meats and eggs. All in all it’s a very nice place to stay."
"I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. Easy access to downtown if you use Waze and avoid the main strip of west broad/atl highway."
"Overall nice property. I was surprised after I booked and paid for my room that I would have to pay for parking. Parking fees should be included so you know when you book.
No cups/glasses in the room."
