"Left a disabled man out the front in the cold and didn’t let him in, even though he had a booking for a bed for 2 nights, that was pre-booked by his support coordinator. Absolutely disgusting on the phone and left this poor man to have to wait for his support worker to come and pick him up and take him to a hotel."
