  • This charming 1880's historic beach house is an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and is located in the downtown historic district of Lewes. This pet friendly, spacious home will provide you (and your furry friends) with the opportunity to rest, relax and unwind. Walking distance to downtown second Street (1 block) with charming local shops and restaurants. Minutes to the beach where you can put your feet in the sand and enjoy the calm water. This house offers plenty of space for guests to do their own thing. There is on street parking on Market Street as well as a driveway that will fit 1-2 cars, and in addition, there are two additional back lot parking spaces off of Chestnut Street.
    This home features new central air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable and has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, large eat in kitchen, separate family room / hangout area, lovely front porch, and a good size fenced in backyard.
