### Terrific 3-bedroom unit in charming Leverett with AC

Relax and explore the outdoors with the whole family at this peaceful retreat.  
  
This three-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is connected to the host's home, but contains two private entrances.  
  
A first floor bedroom features a queen bed, two dressers, a large closet with hangers, and a TV with Roku.  
  
Two upstairs bedrooms are connected by a large closet that contains a twin-sized bed and two twin-sized floor mattresses that can be used in the closet or the adjoining bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms contains a double bed and the other contains a queen.  
  
A small kitchen, bathroom, and dining area are fully equipped with all the necessities, including an expandable dining table that can seat up to eight.  
  
Most cell phone providers do not service the area, but high-speed fiber optic internet enables robust internet access and wi-fi calling.  
  
Guests are welcome to explore the 11-acre property, which includes hiking/snowshoeing/cross-country skiing trails that lead to a swimming hole, a waterfall, and Leverett Pond.  
  
UMass Amherst is a quick 10-minute drive, downtown Amherst is a 15-minute drive, and the beloved Montague Bookmill and Treehouse Brewing Company are 7- and 15-minute drives, respectively. Reach downtown Turners Falls in 15 minutes and downtown Northampton in 25 minutes. It's a wonderful location if you want the peace and quiet of nature as well as the opportunity to explore all the Pioneer Valley has to offer.  
  
A friendly corgi named Hooper has free rein of the outdoors, so any canine guests must be friendly toward other pups. Hooper has a mighty bark, but we do our best to minimize his barking.  
  
This is an entire private unit with two private entrances, a secluded porch, and a second porch that faces the owner’s unit.
