The property is composed of three cozy apartments in the hamlet Montale, 4 km from Levanto and its beaches. \- Apartment “CHERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace. \- Apartment “STRAWBERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace. \- Apartment “BLUEBERRY”, the largest apartment, with a bedroom and kitchen living room. At Villa dell’Erta, “BLUEBERRY” is the apartment with the best panoramic view over the Gulf of Levanto. Each apartment can sleep up to two people. Perfect for couples! They all have a panoramic terrace with sunshade, table and chairs, with an amazing view over the gulf of Levanto. All apartments have a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen, with sink, cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi, TV (satellite, free to air channels). One private parking place per apartment. Important note: the house is located in “Via Piccola” (literally: small road). As the name says, it is a quite narrow street! Please, drive these last 200 meters carefully and slowly. The private parking is 70 meters from the house. The perfect starting point for your visit to the Cinque Terre! A special parking ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car) is available upon request. Price per day: 5€ This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places of Levanto for free. Important: this ticket is not a private parking. This ticket allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city (with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate - you will be given instruction about this.) Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. Waking up in the middle of this beautiful scenery, the quiet,...just a fantastic holiday feeling. The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including airconditioning which was really helpful during the heat. There is a well equipped small kitchen, a very clean bathroom with shower, towels and bed linnen are provided. The beds are comfortable although some people might prefer a different pillow. Driving to the appartment is a bit adventurous. It is a short but steep road from Montale church, with cars parked "the Italian way" along a one-lane road...There is a private parking spot 100m from the appartment. The location is excellent, close to Levanto, where you have access to boat trips, a train station. Ideal for excursions to Cinque Terre and other places nearby. Mauro is an excellent host, giving you all the necessary information and guiding you on your arrival. He remains very communicative and replies instantly to messages or phone calls. Der Raum und die Küche sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl. Wir waren tagsüber unterwegs - es gibt zahlreiche Wanderungen, die sich lohnen. Das erste Dorf der 5-Terre (Monterosso al Mar) ist mit dem Zug in rund 5 Min. erreichbar. Levanto ist für Ausflüge in die 5-Terre sehr geeignet. Der Verwalter (Mauro) war sehr nett und stellt auf Wunsch eine Parkkarte für 5 €/Tag zur Verfügung. Das Verwalter-Ehepaar wohnt über die Strasse. Auf Anfragen (SMS) reagierte Mauro umgehend. Nach den Wanderungen genossen wir ein Bad im Meer (21-22 °C; um 18\. Okt.). Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt im "Strawberry" sehr zufrieden. Abends/nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Ein Parkplatz steht ca. 70m entfernt zur Verfügung. Die Strasse ist schmal. Mit einem normal grossen Kombi hatte ich keine Probleme. ##### Martin G.
