This is an old apartment built around 1911we were told. Very large rooms with the original high hand painted ceilings and ceramic mosaic floors. Just minutes on foot to the beautiful seaside town of Levanto. Close to the beach if weather permits, great restaurants and coffee shops and less than a 10 minute train ride to Monterosso the first of the Cinque Terre villages. We loved this place. She rearranged the beds for us so our three daughters were able to share a room. The location is excellent; within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and the railway station. We really appreciated the balcony and terrace. The latter has a lot of privacy. There is also a DVD player which isn''t listed in the inventory. The apartment is very spacious and has character, with the original painted ceilings. The main room is a bit bare, some extra lights in the evening would make it even more atmospheric. We were there in the autumn and so had to spend more time indoors than you would probably do in the summer. We imgagine that it would be perfect in the summer since you can make a lot os use of the outdoors terrace and it would be nice and cool inside.We would be interested in going there again since we thoroughly enjoyed our stay." ##### Esther d.
