We have stayed at many hotels over the years in Rapallo but this is by far the best. When we arrived check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful and showed us to our room while my car was taken away to the garage. The bedroom was clean and well set out with coffee machine etc. and a good supply of cold water. Bathroom spotless and with everything you needed. Very sweet and comfortable flat, suited our family of three perfectly. We loved sitting outside on the terrace balcony and enjoying views of Vernazza. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (although the only cooking we did was to warm up the croissants the host agency had thoughtfully provided). Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The lift could do with updating and if they could supply some snacks or food apart from breakfast would be the only improvements to make it complete.

We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. Perfectly placed at the end of the seafront, the Astoria is small and very welcoming. Rapallo town centre is a short walk away as is the railway station. On arrival we were welcomed by Alessandro and Sara who were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a fantastic week. The room, though not huge, was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and ample for us. Highly recommended.

Great communication, hosts always very helpful and responsive Perfect location if wanting to travel to Cinque Terre, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a couple travelling around Italy We asked for some washing to be done and they did it right away and returned straight back to our room, couldn’t have asked for more :) Would recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful hotel. A steep walk into Levanto but the hotel provide an excellent bus shuttle into the town/train station and back whenever you need it.

We found the hotel right in the middle of the town. surrounded by bars and restaurants and a lovely walk through shaded, busy, ally's in the old town. Close to the beach and the ferry to Portofino. Portofino is too busy and full of tourists. The rooftop bar was a revelation. Watch the moon rise over the bay sipping a cocktail. Spot on. No swimming pool, if you are that inclined. Parking is across the street. Had a lovely stay and will return.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace.

Service was great from start to finish! Hotel is very stylish and the rooms pleasant. Great to park outside and have the car moved to a secure space whilst we were there too. We’ll come again. Oh and the food was fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay - our only criticism would be that the bar/restaurant for the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday and so you cannot order room service even for a bottle of wine for two days if you are here for a long weekend.
