Comfortable house in Leuven-Heverlee with terrace and garden in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city center and university buildings and also a driveway. Can be used both for holiday accommodation and for temporary stay at a seminar in Leuven.
Cozy and modern furnished family home. Ground floor with spacious, sunny living room and modern kitchen with sitting area and large windows with access to the garden. Floor with 2 bedrooms (for 4 people) and bathroom with toilet. Easy parking in the street and front garden with bicycle storage.

House layout:
Entrance (with toilet). Living room: sitting area with TV / internet connection and spacious dining room (6 people). Modern kitchen with breakfast corner with a view of the garden. Modern equipment: dishwasher, fridge, combi microwave, gas fire and grill. Sunny sheltered terrace and green garden.
First floor (accessible by stairs): 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 W * 200 L). Modern bathroom (renewed in 2018) with shower (80 * 80), toilet, sink and towel dryer. Small children's room with possibility to provide sleeping place for baby. The bedrooms can be completely darkened with shutters (also cool in the summer).

The property is in a residential area so you must respect the tranquility of the neighbors (but you will also have a quiet stay in a nice neighborhood.

Peaceful out of the way cute house

Well equipped and quiet. Suits a small family. The narrow stairs can be a little tricky to navigate but all around good location and good value.
