"Spacious, well equipped comfortable and clean apartment. Well located for Karwendelbahn and station, with great view of the mountains. About 15 min easy walk into town. We stayed for a week without a car and then was plenty to do by walking, bus etc."

"We arrived at the address provided by Stayz to find that the property differed greatly from the pictures and description on the website and was, in fact, a private home owned by an elderly man who never leased the property as a holiday rental. The property ‘host’ was not contactable via messaging on the Stayz website and the phone number provided for the host was not connected. The host could not be contacted by the Stayz customer service team either."
