My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.

Very nice stay, rooms smelled amazing and were very clean . The food from the restaurant was really good and the room service was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be coming back!

Great location with overnight on-site parking available. You exit the pool gates right onto the ocean walk path with 2 beach access points very close by and the room views are wonderful. There's a lot to go into but here's the TL:DR version - excellent location, spacious rooms with good amenities and views, and amazing staff! To dig into it, all the staff are super friendly and helpful! The service is top notch, including turndown service with designer chocolates, and convenient poolside food and beverages (our kids thoroughly enjoyed the virgin pina coladas). The rooms are large with space for a family to easily navigate and store their belongings out of the way. Beds and pillows are comfy and the TV is large. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink and vanity area which is great when you are traveling with a family. The 2nd and 3rd story partial rooms have a true view of the ocean and plenty of balcony space to hang out on. Amenities wise, they take the cake - extra large bath towels, makeup mirror, plates/silverware/drinkware, larger mini fridges, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and complimentary bottled water. At check-in and the pool, the complimentary amenities continue with quality Hurley boogie boards, sand toys, sports equipment, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, pool side cookies, and ice water/lemonade/ice tea jugs. The pool is heated and feels wonderful. The lounge chairs are padded and comfy and they always keep lots of pool towels stocked.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Margaritaville Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make the experience memorable. A special shoutout to the wonderful housekeeper who is celebrating her 71st birthday this week. She was incredibly kind, and her attention to detail was outstanding. The entire hotel was immaculate, with a relaxed, chill vibe and laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The view was fantastic, and the location could not have been more convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and beautiful views, and the restaurant was excellent as well. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Margaritaville Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay.
