The house is about 115 m² and offers you the following rooms on the ground floor: A large living room with panoramic window, a fireplace, a TV, a seating area and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has, for example, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The kitchen and living room were renovated in early 2017\. The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and shelf, a toilet and a window. There is also a double bed 180 x 200 cm on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One of them offers two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, which cannot be put together. The other bedroom has two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, which can be put together to form a double bed. In front of the living room there is a very large terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the Westerwald. The house has a beautiful garden, about 500 m², including a garden pond. Garden furniture, grill, fire bowl, parasol and loungers are also available. There is parking for 2 cars on the property. Thanks to its location and vegetation, the garden and grounds are well protected from outside views. Free services included in the price include WiFi use and final cleaning. Extra costs occur for electricity and linnen/towels (if needed). A travel cot and a children's chair with safety bar (Tripp Trapp) for the little ones are also available. From the Drachenfeld in the Siebengebirge to the picturesque city of Linz, from the beautiful Rhine Valley to the Limes, there are many sights in the surrounding area (the latter two are even UNESCO World Heritage Sites). At a distance of five to eight kilometers, you can do shopping and visit cafes or restaurants, as well as in a lake or an indoor or Swimming pool. Bad Hönningen with its thermal bath is ten kilometers away. For hikers, the Rheinsteig on the Leutesdorf to Erpeler Ley route offers one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Germany (see photos). Die Ausstattung ist gut aber müsste teilweise erneuert werden hier ist unter anderem der Grill, der Sonnenschirm und die Gartenmöbel zu nennen. Aber, und das will ich ausdrücklich erwähnen, sind das Kleinigkeiten, die einem den Urlaub in keiner Weise vermiesen und wir hatten noch ein anderes Problemchen und Stefan hat immer schnell reagiert und ist uns sogar finanziell noch entgegen gekommen. Besonders der Kamin und die Möglichkeit im Garten Lagerfeuer zu machen haben uns zugesagt. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto um zügig Einkäufe zu machen oder die Gegend zu erkunden, aber dafür ist es ruhig gelegen und schön in der Natur. Etwas enttäuscht hat uns die Nachtspeicherheizung welche wir abends fast immer mit dem Kamin ergänzen mussten um passable Temperaturen zu erreichen (da wir 2 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 3 dabei hatten). Bei Ankunft gegen 16 Uhr war es im Haus 14 Grad, obwohl in der Vornacht noch Gäste da waren... Die Pfannen sind schon stark abgenutzt, was bei Teflonpfannen eher ungünstig ist.... Das Haus ist gut und bequem ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt, die Espresso Maschine ein absoluter Bonus. Den tollen Garten und Terrasse konnten wir kaum nutzen, dafür müssen wir nächstes Jahr noch einnmal kommen! Vom Haus aus kann man direkt gut loswandern, viele Ziele sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Besonders gefiel uns die Kristall-Therme in Bad Hönningen, sowie die Limeswanderung von Rheinbrohl aus. Man ist im Grünen und doch ganz zentral. Nicht weit weg von Koblenz und Bonn. Auch die Wanderungen in der Umgebung (30km Umkreis) waren wunderschön.
