They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Our room was wonderful and the views were incredible. All of the staff are delightful and helpful. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return.

Amazing place
We had an amazing time, the house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Christiane and her family were so welcoming and friendly , we had fresh eggs on arrival, fresh strawberries and cherries as well. Thanks to iPhone we could communicate but to be honest they and us totally understood ...

The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time!
