Guests have the entire eight-bedroom villa to themselves, including the main house, the two lower-level bedrooms, the pool, terraces, rooftop terrace, gym and gardens. The laundry room is accessible only through the housekeeping service. The villa is located in a gated community.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Encore is located in the exclusive gated community of Terres Basses, on the French side of St. Martin. Baie Nettle restaurants and the Terres Basses beaches are nearby; the airport is about 10 minutes away, Marigot about 15 minutes, and Grand Case and Philipsburg about 30 minutes.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island. Our concierge can arrange a rental car, taxis or airport transfers.
