In Chateau d'Olonne and on the edge of Les Sables d'Olonne, located 400 m from bike paths, pedestrian paths and the Fault of the Well of Hell, 200 m from the shops of Pironnière (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) , press, coffee pmu,). Convenient, you enjoy the summer, the morning of a daily market. The quiet house is bright and sunny, facing south east. The garden is enclosed and ideal for families, couples with small children, retirees. You enjoy nature, small birds, sometimes squirrels! and of course the Coast of Light and its exceptional sunshine. Aqualonne close to the new aquatic center. In a wooded environment, come relax and enjoy the seaside activities (beach, surf, stand up paddle board, cycling, walking, golf, thalassotherapy) or discover the Vendée by bike, its beaches of Tanchet, Presidents, Paracou, Sauveterr, its salt marshes. You can discover the beautiful park of the Puy du Fou and his cinéscénie. Further south, enjoy the port of Bourgenay, golf, Jard sur mer or why not the Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, the islands (Noirmoutier, Yeu, Ré).

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances tres agréable dans la maison a 2 familles avec les enfants (nous étions 7 au total). Les chambres etaient confortables, la cuisine et les 2 salles d'eau tres pratiques, l'espace extérieur idéal pour se détendre. Les sympathiques propriétaires sont venus en personne nous remettre les clefs, et ont mis a disposition des équipements qui ont rendu le séjour d'autant plus agreable. Pour n'en citer que quelques uns: le barbecue, le garage pour ranger nos vélos, les velos adultes/enfants deja sur place (et gonflés, prêts a l'usage!), des transats, ...La localisation de la maison etait idéale pour nous: proximité de plages de sables et/ou de rochers pour les enfants, un peu a l'écart des foules mais avec les commerces essentiels (boulangerie, superette, pharmacie) a 2 minutes a pied. Les gros centres commerciaux sont a 2 minutes en voiture.

Excellent séjour aux Sables d'Olonne

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à la Pironnière chez Marie -Jo et Jean -Pierre. La maison est située dans un quartier calme, proche du bord de mer. Elle est spacieuse pour 7 personnes, très propre, joliment décorée avec une ouverture sur terrasse donnant sur un adorable jardin. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipements. Très jolie maison spacieuse, au calme, proche de la mer et des commerces. Elle est très bien agencée,rien ne manque ! Egalement agréable petit jardin avec tout son équipement extérieur. Très bon accueil des propriétaires bienveillants aux besoins des locataires avec une brioche et une bouteille de vin blanc en cadeau de bienvenue ! Petite maison au calme à quelques pas de la plage. Tout est parfait dans la maison, propre, rangée et très bien équipée. Équipements pour les enfants mais également les bébés, exactement ce que nous recherchions. Jardin au calme, très joliment décoré. C’est un plaisir de s’y reposer entre les sessions plage! Après un contact et un accueil très efficaces et serviables de la part de M. et Mme Gesnin, location tout a fait conforme au descriptif. Maison très agréable, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. Mention spéciale au jardin fleuri et au petit écureuil qui nous a fait l'honneur de sa visite plusieurs fois ! Nous recommandons cette location au calme et très bien située, avec commerces plages a deux pas ou a deux coups de pédales. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse !!!

Maison fonctionnelle, très bien située en dehors des Sables d'Olonne, au calme. Bord de mer très proche. Très beau petit jardin. Grandes chambres et literie impeccable. Tout était très bien, sauf l'absence de wifi. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
