Ideally located at the foot of the main beach in Les Sables d'Olonne, just a short walk from the entertainment and restaurants in the area.

This bright and spacious flat is on the first floor without a lift. Ideal for up to 6 people.

It has a pleasant living room with a magnificent view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, a large dining table, a sitting area with TV, wifi and Bluetooth speakers.

A fully-equipped kitchen with all the comforts you need for a successful stay: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, induction hob, etc.
Adjoining utility room with cleaning equipment and washing machine.

A corridor leads to a shower room with shower and toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms with storage space and a double bed (160cm).
A small courtyard connects the second bedroom to the kitchen, giving it independent access. Separate WC in this bedroom.
A third bed is in the lounge, with the sofa bed.

La vue imprenable sur la baie des sables d'Olonne, la proximité des animations et commerces, tout en étant à l'écart du bruit! L'appartement est bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Les services de la conciergerie au top l'équipe est sympathique et réactive, c'est agréable d'avoir quelqu'un qui s'occupe de nous sur place! A refaire! Rien
