On the second and last floor without elevator, charming 27 m² studio with sea view, located in Les Sables d'Olonne. Perfect for two people, it has a two-seater convertible sofa, an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric hob, microwave), and a TV. It has a 160x190 double sofa bed with duvets and pillows provided. Baby bed provided.
Directly close to the Grande Plage and shops, ideal for a vacation by the water.

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and deposit by credit card or check as well as a cleaning deposit of €77.
