Refurbished and at the foot of Sables d'Olonne beach and the pleasant Presidents district. Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 kids)

This large studio is ideally located because everything is within walking distance, beaches, Lake Tanchet, local shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy.

You can enjoy a beautiful kitchen-living room space opening onto the balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne.
The balcony is equipped with garden furniture, ideal for having breakfast facing the sea.
Fully equipped open and functional kitchen, kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, coffee maker…
On the night side, you will find cabin bunk beds, with reading lights.

Un magnifique week-end grâce a l’emplacement de cet appartement. Places de parking au pied de l’immeuble, accès directement à la mer. Proche d’un magasin de proximité (7minutes a pieds), proximité de la thalasso, du casino, du zoo etc… Tout à proximité ! Un appartement très bien aménagé qui permet d’avoir deux couchages enfants. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ainsi que la conciergerie ! Accueillant, professionnel et arrangeant, n’hésitez plus ! À bientôt ️.
