Perfectly positioned, you can do everything on foot! Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift. Bright and comfortable, it has a large balcony fitted with a table for your outdoor meals and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing in the sun after a day at the beach. The apartment consists of: A beautiful living room-dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with: kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker, crockery, storage... A double sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room, offering comfortable sleeping for 2 people. A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a storage space. A bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing. Separate toilets for added comfort. Parking: A private underground parking space is available to you. Common bicycle on the ground floor for your soft mobility around the station.
