ROSE Holidays offers this duplex house, located in a calm and central neighbourhood of Les Sables d'Olonne. Capacity: up to 4 people. The house is arranged on two levels: Ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with two single beds, separate WC Duplex: living area with lounge, TV, dining table, equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), shower room Exterior: private patio with outdoor table and electric plancha, perfect for your summer meals Ideally located, on foot: shops, cafés, market, restaurants, beach, harbour and bicycle hire. Cycle paths just a stone's throw away. Practical Information Accommodation Hours Arrival: from 4 PM (not before) Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late Arrivals A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.
