DESCRIPTION DU LOGEMENT: Au premier et dernier étage, d'une petite résidence à proximité du centre-ville, ce logement est entièrement équipé pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. L'espace de vie est lumineux, il se compose d'une cuisine aménagée et équipée d'un four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur et d'une cafetière Nespresso. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont à votre disposition pour cuisiner de bons petits plats. L'espace salon se compose d'un canapé convertible (140x200), d'une grande TV et de jeux de société. Vous avez accès à la connexion wifi. Vous pourrez profiter d'un balcon avec une table et chaises extérieures. Vous trouverez une chambre joliment décorée avec un lit en 140x190, des rangements et un accès direct sur le balcon. Il se situe dans une résidence sécurisé (bip de portail) avec une place de parking réservée, donc zéro stress à l'arrivée !! L'intérieur est très propre (parquet bois et carrelage), bien aménagé/équipé, au design moderne et super zen. Tous les équipements : Box pour TV, micro-onde, plaque induction (hyper rapide), lave-vaisselle, frigo, lave-linge (sans sèche linge combiné, c'est dommage mais c'est le seul défaut de l'appart), canapé, chaise et table sur terrasse. Hyper tranquille et à l'abri d'une rue passagère. Pour la rue, indiquez plutôt "rue des Tulipes" se sera plus facile pour le GPS. Clairement, quand nous retournerons aux Sables d'Olonne, nous reprendrons cet appartment. Pour conclure, un séjour merveilleux pour nous. ##### Christophe J.
