Facing a charming church, this bright and elegantly decorated house offers an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays. You will find beautiful spaces, great comfort, as well as two separate terraces: one perfect for outdoor meals, the other for enjoying an aperitif in complete tranquillity. Accommodation Capacity The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and will be perfectly suited to those seeking a chic, peaceful and friendly place to stay, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, market and all shops. Composition of the House A very large, bright living room, accessible via three steps from the kitchen area. A superb, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, spacious and welcoming. A first bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size double bed (180 cm). A large bathroom on the ground floor with an Italian shower, bathtub and washbasin. Upstairs: two additional bedrooms, each with a large double bed. A second bathroom upstairs, with shower, washbasin and WC. Exteriors A first intimate terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. A second terrace with a view of the church, perfect for an aperitif or a moment of relaxation in the sun. Privileged Location Located in the heart of the historic centre of Sables-d'Olonne, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, market, restaurants and all amenities. Everything can be done on foot or by bicycle, without constraint. You will have the exceptional opportunity to park 2 vehicles in the garage.
